Muhammad Asad spent a decade building software at global technology companies, including Walmart, Microsoft, Macy's, and HackerRank. He also watched, from the outside, what happened when founders and businesses handed projects to agencies. Many businesses struggle with Communication gaps, inconsistent engineering quality, and missed delivery expectations. Projects slipped behind schedule, while clients had limited visibility into progress until critical issues surfaced.
